PROFESSIONAL EVOLUTION, accepts returns of products purchased ONLINE  as long as the product is defective, understanding as such the following:

• 1. The net content of the product or the quantity delivered is less than that indicated on the container, container or packaging, as the case may be.
• 2. That the good does not correspond to the quality, brand, or specifications and other substantial elements under which it has been offered.

In this case, the customer may choose to request a refund of the amount paid for it, or the exchange of the product for the same one or for another of the same price. In the event that you decide to exchange for a different product, for which there is a difference in price, you must cover the missing amount in any of the forms of payment authorized in these terms and conditions.

In any of the cases mentioned here, the product must bring its original packaging, along with the accessories that it may include, accompanied by the purchase receipt.

Shipments will be made once the payment has been validated, in the city of Guadalajara  and Metropolitan Area the cost is $150 pesos and free on minimum purchases of $1 thousand pesos

For the City of Guadalajara  and Metropolitan Area shipping can take between 24 and 72 business hours.

For the rest of the country it will be from 1 to 5 days, depending on the parcel in turn, we will contact you by email to provide you with information about shipments and delivery times. The shipping cost will depend on the total volume of the purchase in Kg and the place of destination and will be calculated at the end and notified via email.
